The realization of the product ordered will begin as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.
The high quality of our photos reproduces the colors and textures of fabrics which may however vary depending on your screen resolution.For this we can not guarantee that they are displayed accurately.
Our garments are made based on your choice of size. Before you make the shipment each shirt is inspected thoroughly to ensure that the measures correspond to the order made.
You can choose from the following size options:
1) STANDARD. The shirt will be made with the Belfiori slim fit model of the size you selected.
2) TAILOR-MADE. The shirt will be realized on paper with the customer's model according to the inserted measures. Should measures be too far from the standards of our laboratory, the customer may be contacted to check. The customer model will then remain stored in our archives for future.
Two shirts ordered at different times may differ slightly. This is because our shirts are handmade and each time it can vary by a few mm. But also because the same fabric colors may vary slightly.
The purpose of Belfiori is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason the pruduct which was sent to you is defective, damaged or does not comply with the order confirmation, Belfiori will replace it. View Resolution & Returns page.
All our products are normally delivered at your doorstep within maximum twenty days. There are special circumstances (holidays, special occasions, transportation delays, etc.) for which the actual delivery may be delayed by several days.
