All Belfiori shirts both in size STANDARD and TAILOR-MADE are exclusive creations for each client, following the instructions provided in the order. Belfiori guarantees the highest quality of these shirts becoming fully responsible for the resolution of any problems.
Problems with the measurements: In the event that the measurements provided by the customer are not observed in the processing, Belfiori will take charge of the problem.
Workmanship: Our laboratory is composed of people who work with passion and attention to detail. In the case in which there were to be a defect in the realization of the product we will solve it.
Non-compliance with the order: Being the shirt made manually there may occasionally be errors to what is required. In this case the order shall prevail, that is always accessible to the customer of its reserved area.
In all these cases it is entirely Belfiori responsability to solve the problem at its own costs, including those of shipment to Belfiori for the return of the garment.
In the event that the customer is mistaken in taking the measurements Belfiori can offer assistance but in this case at a fee.

The intervention is possible only if the shirt has not been washed or used, unless stated otherwise by our Customer Service.
If you were required to return the product you can use the original packaging or any other of appropriate size; we will quickly send a courier to collect the parcel at the address that you communicated.
Depending on the type of problem we will evaluate the best way to act: changing the product when possible or making a new one again. In all cases without any charge to the customer. There are no refunds.
